I really hate my insomnia…
Because I really just cannot sleep and my brain is exhausted but won’t shut itself off even after going to the gym and trying to tire myself out so I have random panic and/or anxiety attacks at 2 AM when there’s no one to talk at until I can talk myself down from them and tumblr slows down for the night and I just lay in bed not sleeping or stare at my computer not sleeping. It’s worse when I have to go be a professional every morning and I know it.
It’s maddening.
That’s why some nights I drunken tumble. It calms my anxiety and helps me fall asleep.
