So this guy calls for a very simple self install assist. Basically what that means is I have to walk him through registering his DSL so he can get online. He told me up front that he wasn’t very computer savvy, so I knew it would be a long call - but that’s okay. I asked him if he ran the disk that came with the modem and he said yes. I asked if he had all the equipment installed...
